Nestled within Jacksonville's Riverside neighborhood, a converted home, once the local floral shop, presented a unique opportunity for transformation. With its high ceilings and indoor/outdoor Mediterranean vibe, the existing structure possessed undeniable charm, but the kitchen, pantry, and dining area were in need of rejuvenation.

ZINN's design team gutted the core of the house and reimagined the layout, incorporating luxurious finishes and products such as Neolith Calcutta Silk countertops, Brizo faucets, and Cipollino Marble floors. The revitalized space now glows with fresh color and texture, providing a stylish and peaceful sanctuary for its owner, a single executive who commutes between Amelia Island and Riverside.
