San Marco Residence: Maximizing Space and Style

ZINN was commissioned to breathe new life into a hidden gem in the heart of San Marco. While an existing attic promised additional square footage, the challenge lay in finding room for a new second-floor master suite within the limited space. The firm's adoption of an exclusively 3D process, coupled with a surgical structural design by Lowe Structural Engineering, allowed them to utilize every cubic inch. Downstairs, they removed several walls separating the living room, kitchen, and dining room, transforming a cramped bungalow into a bright and open modern living space. ZINN also provided interior design services, completing the transformation with a fresh, updated, yet timeless aesthetic. This project showcases ZINN's ability to maximize space and create functional, beautiful interiors that reflect their clients' unique style.
